How the Huracán and the Temerario differ
The Temerario replaced the Huracán: Lamborghini unveiled it in August 2024, and production began in 2025. Instead of the Huracán's naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10, it has a new 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with a flat-plane crankshaft that revs past 10,000 rpm. And it is a plug-in hybrid: the V8 (800 PS) and three electric motors give 920 PS combined, against 640 PS for the most powerful Huracáns.
The Huracán has a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox and came with all-wheel or rear-wheel drive. The Temerario has an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and two of its three electric motors sit at the front. Its 3.8 kWh battery comes from the Revuelto, and Lamborghini quotes 0–100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h.
