Aston Martin DBX vs Lamborghini Urus

Both are SUVs with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. The Urus, launched in 2018, is Lamborghini's best-selling model; it shares the Volkswagen Group's MLB Evo platform with the Porsche Cayenne and the Bentley Bentayga, and has an eight-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel drive. The DBX is Aston Martin's first SUV, built in St Athan, Wales, since July 2020, with a V8 from Mercedes-AMG. Power went up on both. The DBX started with 550 PS; the DBX707 (2022) has 707 PS and the DBX S (2025) 727 PS. The first Urus had 650 PS; the Urus S and the Urus Performante of 2022 have 666 PS, and the Urus SE of 2024, a plug-in hybrid, has 800 PS combined.

Going by asking prices, the DBX is the cheaper of the two: on 6 October 2026 its median asking price was €160,000, against €279,000 for the Urus, about 43% less. Those medians cover 347 cars for sale for the DBX and 1,228 for the Urus; within each model, the price depends on the version, year and mileage.

Of the cars on AutoScout24 that sold in the last 90 days, the DBX was online for a median of 62 days (86 sold) and the Urus for 63 days (407 sold). They sell about equally fast. A car counts as sold when its listing disappears; the last asking price is not necessarily what it sold for.
