The European supercar market in September 2026

Monthly report · Published 26 September 2026 · Figures as of 26 September 2026 · By Driveyart

On 26 September 2026, 36,178 supercars were for sale on mobile.de, AutoScout24, AutoScout24.ch and PistonHeads, in 33 countries. Half of them were Porsches. This first Driveyart market report shows what was on offer, at what asking prices, how often prices were cut and how long cars took to sell.

It is a snapshot. Portals and brands were added during the summer, so there is no earlier month to compare with on the same basis yet. The next report, on October, appears in early November and compares with these figures.

Of the cars that left AutoScout24 and AutoScout24.ch between 12 August and 25 September, half had been online for 58 days or less. Porsches went fastest, with a median of 55 days, and McLarens slowest, with 83.

Porsche: the 911, 918 and Carrera GT; Audi: the R8; Mercedes-Benz: the AMG GT, SLS AMG and SLR McLaren. Asking prices in euros; Swiss franc and pound prices are converted at the ECB reference rate. Medians are over listings with a price; "price on application" listings are left out. Price cut: cars for sale on 26 September whose asking price was lowered at least once between 27 August and 26 September; the median price cut is the median of each car's largest cut in that period. Sold or withdrawn: listings that disappeared between 12 August and 25 September after at least three days online; most are sales, some are withdrawals. Porsches on PistonHeads are followed from 22 August, so their sales count from then. Days to sell: AutoScout24 and AutoScout24.ch only, which give the date a listing went online (8,861 cars); not shown for Bugatti (9 cars). Mercedes-Benz has been tracked since 12 September, too short for the last three columns, and is left out of their totals.

The most-listed models

The Porsche 992, the current 911, is the most-listed model by far: 5,621 cars for sale, more than twice as many as the 991 before it. Seven of the fifteen most-listed models are generations of the Porsche 911.

Outside Porsche, the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (1,356) and the Lamborghini Urus (1,261) have the most cars for sale. Median asking prices in the top fifteen range from €42,000 for the Porsche 996 to €315,000 for the Ferrari 296. Germany has the most listings for 13 of the 15 models; for the Ferrari 296 and the Roma, Italy comes first.

Cars for sale on each model page on 26 September. The Ferrari 296 page covers the 296 GTB, GTS and Speciale together. About 5,100 Porsche listings name only "911", without the generation: they count in the Porsche total above but not per generation, so the figures for the 911 generations are lower than the number of cars for sale.

About this report

The report covers the cars Driveyart follows: all Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin and Bugatti models, the Porsche 911, 918 and Carrera GT, the Audi R8 and the Mercedes-AMG GT, SLS AMG and SLR McLaren, as listed on mobile.de, AutoScout24, AutoScout24.ch and PistonHeads on 26 September 2026. A car listed on both mobile.de and AutoScout24 counts once; some other duplicates can remain. Asking prices are not sale prices. The methodology explains how listings are collected, matched to models and turned into these figures.

Each model page shows the live market for that model, with charts of supply, asking prices and sales. A new market report appears at the start of every month.

How the figures are made: see the methodology. All reports: market reports.
