Asking prices of the cars listed on Driveyart on 7 October 2026, collected from mobile.de, AutoScout24, AutoScout24.ch and PistonHeads; cars with price on application are left out. The year is the year of first registration; years with fewer than 3 cars for sale are left out. A car counts as sold when its listing disappears after at least 3 days online and does not come back at the same seller within a month; its last asking price is not necessarily what it sold for. Days to sell come from AutoScout24 and PistonHeads, the portals that show when a listing went online.

About the Porsche 930
This page covers the G-series 911 (1974–1989), the air-cooled 911 with impact bumpers that followed the early 911. It began with 2.7-litre engines: the 911 with 150 PS, the 911 S with 175 PS and the Carrera 2.7 with 210 PS, followed by the 200 PS Carrera 3.0 (1976–1977). The 911 SC (1978–1983) had a 3.0-litre engine with 180 to 204 PS, and the first 911 Cabriolet arrived in 1983. The Carrera 3.2 (1984–1989, 231 PS) got the G50 five-speed gearbox in 1987; 76,473 were built, and the 1989 Speedster was limited to 2,104 cars.
The 930 is Porsche's type number for the 911 Turbo of the same era, shown at the 1974 Paris Motor Show and sold from 1975 to 1989. It began with a 3.0-litre turbocharged flat-six with 260 PS; from 1978 it had 3.3 litres, an intercooler and 300 PS. Targa and Cabriolet versions and the slant-nose Flachbau followed from 1986, and only the last cars of 1989 got the five-speed G50 gearbox. The 964 replaced the G-series in 1989.
What to check when buying a Porsche 930
- Know the version: the 2.7-litre cars, the Carrera 2.7 and 3.0, the 911 SC, the Carrera 3.2 and the 930 Turbo differ a lot in value.
- Many G-series cars have been modified: backdates, RS replicas and restomods all appear on this page. Check what is original, for example with a Porsche Classic Certificate of Authenticity.
- Have the body checked for rust, and ask for a compression or leak-down test of the engine.
- The 930 Turbo is known for turbo lag and lift-off oversteer, which earned it the nickname "Widowmaker". Drive one before you buy.
