Manage models

Create new models with their types, including body style and build years. A saved model is immediately selectable in the match rules. Pick "Extend existing model" to edit or remove a model — that works for models from the base catalogue too, not just self-created ones. Export the JSON and replace lib/catalog-overrides.json to turn them into real pages.
